This Code of Conduct sets minimum standards of behaviour and actions expected of all service providers in the public transport system in Nakuru County. The code focuses on 6 thematic areas: Gender and disability inclusion, zero tolerance to sexual harassment and gender-based violence, environmental sustainability and climate change, professionalism, and customer service and improved road safety.
